We recommend the following steps:

1. Three-Cornered Contract involving organizer/initiator, coachee and coach

  • Describe current situation and expectations behind the coaching
  • Formulate coaching goals and success indicators
  • Agree boundary conditions, further procedure, rules of engagement

2. Coaching Dialogue involving coachee and coach

  • On the basis of the framework and the goals as defined in the contract

3. Evaluation involving organizer/initiator, coachee and coach
